What I learned from my student?
- Korea ssanghwa-cha쌍화차; 雙和茶.
is a traditional Korean tea with deep brown colour and a slightly bitter taste. It is a medical herb tea with egg yolk. It is one of the most popular types of medical tea in Korea, to combat with cold and fatigue.
*Yes, I manage to grab one small box from Shoppee Malaysia to try it out.
2. Dabang- Traditional Coffee shop in Korea which serve Coffee with Egg Yolk.
Same opinion:
Both of us draw a conclusion that the skyrocket coffee (Arabica) prices will not possible to affect our habit to consume coffee. It will only affect our preference maybe shift to other brand or variety which are more economically.
But, if the coffee aupply affected, the alternative for coffee will be either green tea (for Korean) and Liberica for myself.
